Soulveda Service Agreement

(Applicable to Soulveda Treatments, Events & Consultations)

By booking any Ayurveda service with Soulveda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Medical Disclosure

Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, treatments, or medications prior to their session.

Soulveda’s services are complementary wellness practices based on Ayurvedic principles and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice. Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved online payment platforms.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to respect the following appointment schedule. The full session fee will still apply.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information, health details, and session discussions are treated as strictly confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s prior written consent, unless required by law.

Cancellation Policy

(For Treatments, Events, Mentoring & Detox Programs)

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Rescheduling may be permitted under specific conditions at the discretion of Soulveda. Please contact our team for clarification.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the event of service provider cancellation or when a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Soulfood Terms, Policies & Procedures

1. Disclosure of Allergies and Medical Conditions

Clients are solely responsible for disclosing any allergies, food intolerances, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to purchasing or consuming any Soulveda/Soulfood products.

By placing an order, the client confirms that all relevant health information has been fully disclosed. Soulveda/Soulfood shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, adverse health events, medical complications, or consequences arising from undisclosed conditions or individual dietary choices.

2. Nature of Products

Soulfood provides pre-prepared food packs containing fresh and seasonal ingredients intended for home preparation.

All products are prepared in accordance with general food safety standards at the time of production and dispatch.

3. Storage and Freshness

Clients are responsible for the proper storage of all delivered products immediately upon receipt, including refrigeration, freezing, and appropriate storage of dry goods.

Soulveda/Soulfood recommends that meals be prepared and consumed within seven (7) days of delivery to maintain freshness and quality.

Soulveda/Soulfood accepts no responsibility for spoilage, contamination, or deterioration of products resulting from improper storage, delayed preparation, or mishandling after delivery.

4. Transfer of Responsibility Upon Delivery

Responsibility for all products transfers to the client upon delivery to the nominated address.

Soulveda/Soulfood shall not be held liable for any damage, spoilage, contamination, or health-related consequences occurring after delivery has been completed.

5. Food Handling and Preparation

Clients are fully responsible for the safe handling, preparation, and cooking of all Soulfood products.

Soulveda/Soulfood is not liable for:

Cooking methods used
Food preparation techniques
Cross-contamination occurring in the client’s environment
Failure to follow food safety practices

Clients must provide and maintain appropriate kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances, and facilities necessary for safe food preparation.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Soulfood products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or dietary concerns.

Soulveda/Soulfood shall not be held legally responsible for any health outcomes associated with the consumption of its products.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Soulveda/Soulfood does not provide refunds.

At its sole discretion, Soulveda/Soulfood may offer store credit, discounts, or replacement products in exceptional circumstances. Such remedies are not guaranteed and remain at the company’s discretion.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or consuming Soulfood products, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Policies, and Procedures.

9. Professional Disclaimer

Soulveda/Soulfood does not operate as licensed dietitians or registered nutritionists. All meals, guidance, and recommendations are based on traditional Ayurvedic principles and the culinary expertise of our chefs.

Our services are intended for general wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Clients are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider, dietitian, or nutritionist for specific medical or health concerns.
