You'll discover how to choose the right ingredients for your daily meals, understand how they affect your body and mind, and become familiar with the tools and equipment of the kitchen in a practical, hands-on way.
You’ll also learn to prepare simple, nourishing snacks to share with loved ones—rooted in awareness and intention, not just taste.
This isn’t about becoming a chef.
It’s about building a deeper relationship with food and using it as a tool to support your health, clarity, and vitality.
When does it happen?
The course is offered as a series of themed, live online sessions held on special occasions throughout the year. Each course will be announced and marketed in advance, giving you time to sign up and prepare.
All sessions are recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you’ll still have full access to watch.
How is the course will be held?
If you want to get the most out of the class, make sure you have an internet connection, have a space for your device to sit in the kitchen while you cook, and avoid distractions like background music or television. If this is unavoidable, please make sure your phone is muted and your headphones are on. As soon as you join us, you will receive instructions such as a manual and a list of the required components, so bring notes and pens. You can interact with one another, raise any issues you may have.
Duration: between- 2hr to 2,30 min for each class.
Type of Food: Themed Classes (usually Ayurvedic food, option for meat lovers and vegetarians as well).
