Service Description

In an Ayurveda follow-up consultation, the practitioner typically: Progress Review: Discussing changes and improvements since the last visit. Symptom Assessment: Evaluating current symptoms and any new health concerns. Dosha Re-evaluation: Checking the balance of your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). Adjustments to Recommendations: Modifying dietary, lifestyle, and herbal suggestions based on progress and current needs. Treatment Plan Update: Adjusting treatments or therapies as needed. Support and Guidance: Providing additional support, answering questions, and offering encouragement. The goal is to ensure continued progress and address any emerging health issues.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice Requirements Consultations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for canceling a scheduled consultation. Treatments: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for canceling a scheduled treatment session. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the required notice period will be considered late. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be considered a no-show. Fees: Consultations: A late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee. Treatments: A late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost. Rescheduling Clients wishing to reschedule rather than cancel an appointment must follow the same notice requirements. Rescheduling can be done via phone, email, or the online portal. Refunds If a client has prepaid for a consultation or treatment and cancels within the notice period, they are eligible for a full refund or may opt to apply the payment to a future appointment. Refunds for late cancellations or no-shows will not be provided, except under approved exceptional circumstances. I acknowledge that Ayurvedic treatments may involve the use of (plant, mineral and animal resource) also oils, herbal pastes, and therapeutic techniques such as massage, steam therapy, and dietary recommendations. I understand that these treatments are intended to promote overall health and well-being, however, may not be suitable for everyone and in rare occasions they may cause aggravation of pre- existing symptoms or allergic reactions to supplements or herbs. The herbs, medications, treatments can not be returned for refund, whether they are opened or sealed. I am aware that the results of Ayurvedic treatments may vary from person to person and that there may be risks associated with certain therapies. I agree to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications, If you are pregnant suspect that you are pregnant breast- feeding, please advise your Ayurvedic practitioner/ therapist. I am currently taking before undergoing any treatments, also I understand this is a treatment to promote wellbeing, and the results are not guaranteed. Soulveda Team
